We are looking for an innovative, results-oriented Technical Program Manager to define and drive the Specialist Solution Architect strategy and long-term priorities for our engagement model with global customers.
The Solutions Architect (SA) Tech Program Manager role will help implement and drive initiatives which continuously develop our SA Team, Productivity, Culture and customer engagement across the Analytics World Wide Specialist Organization.
As Tech Program Manager, you will bring program management expertise, communications, leadership and analytics business knowledge, together with end-to-end accountability.
You will work closely with SA and Sales Leadership, the SAs, Business Development, and Customer Success Managers to identify, analyze, and develop strategies to improve organizational health for employees and customers through program improvements.
You will integrate with SA and Sales leaders to strategize, prioritize and review customer engagement models.
You will align with leaders across the global customer team to align on engagement models, customer priorities, and create alignment strategies.
Success will be measured by the adoption and leadership acceleration of Analytics through metrics and KPIs.
In addition, you will be uniquely positioned to influence the broader global leadership strategy for AWS as we continue to grow and evolve, representing the SA team.

Be comfortable managing programs, and possess the ability to facilitate discussions to troubleshoot project management issues and remove barriers to project success.

o Document and standardize cross functional processes and procedures for Sales and SA teams to effectively help customers with Analytics needs.
o Develop, communicate and maintain project road maps.
o Effectively prioritize and execute tasks across the global SSA team.
o Liaison between various teams and organizations to coordinate competing activities.
o Document writing and presentations up to the Senior Leadership level.
o Able to dive deep and constructively discuss mechanisms.
o Improves team efficiency.
