As a member of the Global Enterprise Support team, you will incubate and lead strategic programs focused on improving operational efficiency for the field Technical Account Manager (TAM) teams.
We are looking for a high judgement leader to join our team as a Senior Program Manager for Change Management.
The role will be responsible for standing-up and executing a Change Management strategy for the Enterprise Support organization.
The role will partner closely with a broad set of stakeholders to establish and support a global change management strategy capable of managing multiple high profile, high impact business initiatives and changes.
This role requires program management and change management experience along with the ability to deliver projects in a complex and ambiguous environment.
This role requires a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams effectively.
Key job responsibilitieso Establish a change management strategy - define business requirements, translate requirements into project plans, manage implementation activities across large group of stakeholders, develop and execute rollout plans and ongoing supporto Scale services and tools - design processes that scale with business' growth and accelerate information sharing across the global Enterprise Support organizationo Identify, assess and mitigate risks, drive resolution of critical issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and propose corrective actions to keep initiatives moving forwardo Collaborate and build relationships with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution and process excellenceo Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation, identify gaps, conduct root-cause analysis and drive solutionso Define, track and communicate appropriate performance measurements to stakeholders, status reporting to leadership, create reports and metrics to facilitate analyses driving data-driven decision making.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
